MI vs GT: Who will emerge victorious tonight at Wankhede?

MI vs GT has become one of the most anticipated contests of this tournament, where two fierce contenders battle each other for the win. The defending champions and current no. 1 Gujarat Titans are entering the home turf of Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium, where both sides will face each other to get a step closer to the playoffs. Mumbai Indians will have dominating crowd support that will boost the morale of their already confident players.

While their openers Ishan Kishan and skipper Rohit Sharma have been somewhat inconsistent, they are still capable of taking the game away even from the strongest of sides, especially with Cameron Green at number 3. Their middle order, however, has been outstanding this season, featuring excellent players like Tilak Verma, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tim David, among others. They also have a strong bowling attack, thanks to Jason Beherendoff, Piyush Chawla, and Chris Jordan.

Gujarat Titans, on the other hand, will be resting easy on the top position, winning eight out of their eleven games yet. They have shown every intention of keeping their title this year as well. Gujarat will likely keep their playing eleven intact, with Shubhman Gill, David Miller, and Rahul Tewatia leading the batting attack and Rashid Khan and Mohammad Shami leading the bowling attack. Captain Hardik Pandya, of course, will be adding strength on both fronts. This game promises to add more heat to this tournament with endless fireworks.

MI vs GT begins tonight at 7:30 pm, local time.
