Artificial Intelligence helps discover a new exoplanet outside the solar system
There appears to be no limits to how Artificial Intelligence can serve humans and their needs. The University of Georgia has recently provided evidence of the existence of an exoplanet outside the solar system, which has been identified by a block of AI called Machine Learning. This development has opened the doors to new possibilities where Artificial Intelligence can be used for in-depth space research, especially at a time when space organisations around the world are working towards exploring the dimensions of space tourism.
Machine learning can be reportedly used for outer space research by analysing data that may have gone undetected. While we already have telescopes like Hubble, Kepler and Spitzer that have helped us discover exoplanets before, Artificial Intelligence will provide a new source in any future space-related discoveries. For the time being, all major developments related to AI have been halted by tech giants around the world due to security reasons. But the advanced capabilities of AI, which will be seen in the near future, certainly hold tremendous potential for the space sector.
